A. Huskins retains the PST. J. Davidson retains the club scope. The Astroscan is being repaired. P. Webb donated a 90 mm Meade refractor to the club. Thank you Phil! D. Chase borrowed it. P. Webb returned Backyard Astronomer's Guide and A. West borrowed it. E. O'Reilly read an email he sent to the IAU about registering our club for naming exoplanets (refer to: nameexoworlds.org). The committee formed for this includes E. O'Reilly, S. Tompkins, P. Webb, J. MacDonald and D. McCashion.

WHAT'S UP |
C. Nason covered what to observe over the next month.

OBSERVING REPORTS |
M. and A. West saw Jupiter, Venus and the Moon in a line and had a good view in their scope. A. West also observed the Double Cluster, M31, M27, M5 and Altair. J. Davidson observed Mizar, The Teapot, M22, M45, Albireo and M13. J. MacDonald got Comet Jacques at Fundy, her first comet! She also saw a sunspot that resembled Cape Breton. D. Beaudin was observing from a dark site near Montreal with 8x56 binos. T. O'Connell saw the lunar Straight Wall in his 8" at Stanley. P. Webb has been enjoying lots of sunspots from regular solar observing. C. Nason tracked a large solar filament over several days.P. Jensen reported long lines-ups for solar observing at the Fundy star party. C. Curwin was doing public observing at Fundy and the Irving Nature Park
